Lucky us – we’re excited to be your first spa experience. We hope you’ll enjoy every second! To make sure that you get the most out of your time with us, here are a few pointers:

What Treatment to Choose?
Browse our comprehensive spa menu on our site, and decide which treatments you’d like to book for. You may have a gift voucher for a specific treatment, so read-up about it on the site too. Check how long your treatments will be, then workout how long you need to set aside for your spa experience. If you are unsure about any of the treatments, or would just like more information about them, don’t hesitate to give us a ring.

What Dates Are Available?

When you give us a call to make your booking, try and have at least two dates available. We hate to disappoint our clients, but we can only accommodate so many people at a time, so to ensure we find you find a convenient time slot, give us a few options. Our reception girls will guide you through the easy booking process.

Any Health Conditions or Allergies?

Please inform your therapist if you are on any medication, have high blood pressure, any heart conditions, have had surgery recently, have muscle or joint injuries, sinusitis, any allergies (especially to iodine, sulfur or nuts), are pregnancy, have epilepsy, are diabetic, have eczema or psoriasis, or have recently been sunburnt.

Stock up on Fluids

Prep your body for your spa experience by making sure your drink plenty of water before and after your treatment. This will help your body rid itself of any toxins, enhancing the effectiveness of your treatment.

To Tip or Not To Tip

You might be unsure of what to do when it comes to tipping. The average tipping rate in the spa industry is between 15% and 20% of your treatment price. If you were unhappy (we certainly hope not) with your treatment, please give us feedback.

What to Pack?

Everything you need for your treat will be provided, we do find however, that spa slippers, available in a one size fits all, is not the ideal solution. (Usually it is too big or our too small & people do not wear it ever again). PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SLIPPERS OR COMFORTABLE SHOES ALONG Spa slippers are available to purchase at R30 per pair. You are also welcome to bring your own gown, a number of clients prefer their own comfortable, warm and cozy gowns.

What if it is only a short or single treatment?

For single treatments, such as Full Body massages, back massages, facials, manicures, pedicures or hand and foot treatments guests do not usually change into gowns, guests will undress in the room for Body Massages, then redress for hands / feet / Manicure / Pedicure that takes place in the Mani & Pedi lounge. Should you like to make use of our gowns for such a short treatment, a gown may be rented from us at R25 per gown. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes and ladies, preferably not tights / pantyhose.

Will I need a Swimming Costume?

Your swimming costume is vital if you would like to enjoy some time in the jacuzzi. The areas are unisex, so you have to wear your costume at all times in the jacuzzi areas. You can change back into your (comfortable) dry underwear for your treatment. Please book the jacuzzi session at least two days in advance.

Booking on a Voucher

If you have booked your treatment with a gift voucher, bring it along with you, as you’ll have to hand it in on arrival as ‘payment’.
